The Sensors
As a member of the Sensors Global Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs for the Medical sensors business portfolio.
The successful candidate will plan, execute, measure and report on multichannel integrated marketing campaigns that increase sensors brand awareness and demand for specific medical sensing solutions and technologies according to budget and business objectives. This includes ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners, and influencers. This person will work with cross-functional sensor BU team members including Business Development, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to understand the market landscape, competitively position the TE solution and develop both internal and external promotional launch plans to reach the target medical sensor audience segments.
The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer, who is analytical and business-minded with the ability to create business targeted marketing plans and execute program elements that will support business strategy. This person must be able to collaborate across functions to perform market research and segmentation, develop compelling value propositions, develop marketing programs and assets, and work in partnership with sales for both sales campaign tool development and campaign launches. During the development process, the candidate will partner with senior technical experts as their source for market and technical insights and other factors to ensure successful, customer-relevant marketing programs. Success in this role depends up on the ability to build strong working relationships up, down, and across the organization, creatively articulate the business value of products and technologies, and work with agility to adapt marketing programs to support business needs.

What You'll Be Doing....
- Support the Sensors marketing strategy by executing multichannel marketing campaigns for very specific medical sensor industry applications inclusive of new technology product launches. Identify campaign goals, create, and execute the campaign strategy with a focus on marketing contributed revenue growth. Identify synergies and impact on other areas, including other Medical business/industry units within TE.
- Develop compelling value propositions and communicate clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response.
- Develop string working relationships with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership across the TE marketing community.
- Be an active participant and contributor as part of the broader TE marketing community to drive and support advances in marketing approaches and capabilities.
- Enhance profitability by developing comprehensive campaigns that drive micro-conversations and marketing programs a consequent funnel of leads that would lead to ROI. Increase marketing conversion through best-in-class marketing strategies.
- Customer, competitive and market focus understanding – analysis, differentiation, and key strategies to take an outside-in customer-relevant view.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and timelines.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5-7 years in product marketing / marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective strategies and creative marketing materials.
- Strong business acumen with experience and understanding of analytics that drive market strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Experience developing strong, clear, and measurable marketing strategies, goals and plans aligned with business strategy.
- Proven track record in working with technical teams to create product value argumentation and messaging.
- Knowledgeable of digital marketing trends and practices.
- Experience with the full marketing mix including direct marketing, web/digital marketing, media planning and advertising, and collateral production.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to articulate business strategies and technical concepts both in written and verbal form.
- Experience working with vendors – agencies, editors, photographers, designers, printers – including negotiations and project supervision.
- Previous experience working internationally a strong plus.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Eloqua, and Salesforce.com a plus

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,700 - $161,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
