The Incubation Services Marketing Analyst is expected to:

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns to optimize go-to-market strategies
• Deliver clear guidance and strategic insights to sales and marketing to influence strategic opportunities
• Identify and define repeatable campaigns to pilot and test hypothesis
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings involving multiple audiences across organization

The Incubation Services Marketing Analyst has these skills:

• Practical experience with marketing and sales principles and practices
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and engineering discipline
• Must be excellent listener, communicator, and presenter. This role requires the ability to educate, consult and influence at many different organization levels.
• Critical planning skills to help define plans to implement strategy

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Data Insights and Analytics
• Engineering degree – Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing Operations Management, or equivalent
• Detailed knowledge of Manufacturing business methods, processes, and practices with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong technical skills and understanding of product development process
• Direct, practical experience with several of the following software technology categories corresponding to Siemens portfolio: MCAD, ECAD, CAE, PLM, ALM, Manufacturing Engineering, CAM, Manufacturing Operations Management (MES), Service Lifecycle Management, IoT
• Experience with BI software like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Experience in a Sales and/or Business Development role is a plus

The salary range for this position is $113,900 to $205,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
