Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support our Tech team.
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives by analyzing and optimizing our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other digital conversion tracking tools. Additionally, familiarity with web development tools like React.js is essential for this role.
***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)***
Essential Functions:
- Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other digital conversion tracking tools to analyze and measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define KPIs and establish performance benchmarks for various marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advertising channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement tracking tags and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing analytics.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
- Configure and maintain web analytics dashboards including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Work with the Marketing team on omni-channel campaigns to integrate analytics across channels (e.g., video networks, social media networks, etc.) into a single platform for dashboards and reports.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and digital marketing optimization.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with digital conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks, especially React.js, to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure accurate implementation of tracking codes.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with implementing tagging and tracking components in front end development technologies such as React.Js. Familiarity with Google Tags and/or GA4.
