My client is a leading vessel owner and operator who have an exciting opportunity for a Marine Superintendent to join them in their East Anglia office.

In this role, you will provide operational support within the Marine Operations department and ensure the vessels and crews are operating safely and efficiently. You will provide operational support to the office based management team and Crews as well as provide training and development for all personnel, amongst various other duties.
The ideal candidate: -

• Knowledge and experience of the Marine industry, Rules and Regulations such as ISM and ISPS
• Sea going experience as a Deck officer
• Shore based experience in a marine environment desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Degrees, Industry qualifications or Internship experience within Maritime and Shipping are desirable but not essential

You must be based within commuting distance of the office East Anglia as well as hold a valid driving license and the existing right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
