Process Manufacturing Technician – Baileys Original Irish Cream
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 12th June 2023
Salary: £28,760.55 Base plus 15% to 25% depending on shift pattern
Shifts: Standard shift pattern - Rotating day shifts Monday to Friday +15% shift premium
Peak 24hr running - Three shift pattern, 8hr Sunday night to Friday - +25% shift premium.

About the role
As a Process Manufacturing Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the team by contributing to the achievement of site KPIs through production and quality focused operations and maintenance of the process equipment onsite ensuring relevant risk management procedures, quality standards and environmental considerations are adhered to.
You’ll be responsible for all equipment and quality of goods leaving the area whilst continually maintaining high standards, stock control of raw materials and carrying out all product quality control checks and inputting this data into the SAP database.
You’ll also be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment whilst responding promptly and appropriately to plant emergency and breakdown situations to minimise downtime as well as other routine maintenance tasks.
About you
To be our Process Manufacturing Technician you will require the ability to drive positive improvements, problem solve and communicate effectively across all levels with confidence and integrity.
You’ll be an excellent teammate and be able to prioritise your own workload while demonstrating flexibility and using initiative whilst under pressure.
For this role a science qualification would be desirable, a minimum GCSE level or equivalent, Maths & English crucial.
It would be beneficial if you had demonstrable experience working in the Dairy or Pharmaceutical environment.
