Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus overtime
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 to £28,080 per annum depending on experience, with additional overtime
Location: Rugby, CV21 1TN
Our client, PWR Advanced Cooling Technology, is looking for Manufacturing Production Assistants to join their growing manufacturing facility, with career progression opportunities for their production teams.
As Manufacturing Production Assistant, you will cover component preparation and assembly tasks for high-end specification products.
You will take pride in the quality of your workmanship, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assembling components
- Core stacking
- Using hand tools for cleaning and preparation of high quality engineering cooling systems.
Person specification:
- Good component handling and assembly skills
- Understanding of and ability to operate small hand and power tools
- Exceptional eye for detail and Quality Assurance
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
- Self-motivation and desire for success
- Passion for the industry and a willingness to go the extra step to achieve perfection.
