Manufacturing Operator
Monday - Friday 8am -4pm / 9am -5pm
Salary £10.74ph
MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Working to KPI targets in a busy environment
· picking and packing small items
· Accurately and efficiently picking customer orders for delivery
· Communicating issues and challenges to Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operational activity
· Adhering to relevant Health and Safety regulations by maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, and security as well as challenging poor practice where necessary
· Any other ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business
Skills and Experience:
· Ability to work with high levels of accuracy & meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
· Excellent communication skills
· Confidence to suggest process improvements, allowing us to innovate and grow as an organisation
· Ability to be a Team Player
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
· Strong Health & Safety awareness
· Physically fit and have experience in manual handling
