We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. All training will be given for the manufacture and repair of heavy duty Truck and HGV covers i.e. Side Curtains , Tipper nets and Sheeting and Recycling Machinery etc (PVC welding , H/F PVC welding ,Stitching and machine Operation) . A Full Driving licence and or Forklkift licence would be beneficial .
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications.
- Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
