We are looking to recruit a small number of apprentices who can support us with the growth of our manufacturing team to meet the future needs of our industry,
After completing a robust recruitment process our apprentices will be supported to embark on their career journey, throughout which they will receive a highly competitive remuneration and flexible benefits package.
You will spend your first year attending Warwickshire College Group in Leamington where you will spend time learning the fundamental skills of our sector. For the remaining time you will work at on site at Wolverhampton whilst undertaking invaluable work experience, where you will learn the basic principles and under pinning knowledge needed for your career.
At the end of the scheme you will achieve a NVQ Level 3 Engineering Technician and apprenticeship standard.
For the remainder of the programme, you will develop the skills and knowledge by completing Manufacturing Engineering projects under the supervision of our ME Leads.
We are looking for high calibre students who:
- Have achieved a minimum of Grade 6 (or equivalent) or above in Maths, English and Science.
- Brilliant communicators with a wide range of audiences.
- Super organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passion to work in aerospace and a real desire to make a difference to our customers and our business
- Demonstrates a passion for hands on engineering
