Job description
Our family business has been trading for over 6 years and has now become a well known Seafood Wholesaler and Retailer.
We are known for our quality and expertise and are looking for an individual to join our friendly and hard working team to help with our growth in our processing unit in Dingwall.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in filleting a variety of fish at high yields to minimise product loss or potentially in butchery.
We are looking for knife skills experience of 2 years minimum.
The hours and days are set to the demand of our business: Monday for Friday 4pm to 12pm.
Paid holidays which includes a set 14 days in January leaving the remainder to be taken throughout the year with managerial consent.
The pay will be set once the individual's skillset is assessed but will be between £10.80 and £12.50 per hour.
