Due to our clients continued growth and investment in UK manufacturing, we are looking for a number of Manufacturing Engineers to support our clients Business Units in Hampshire
This is a senior level role with the business unit focused on developing, improving and enhancing all levels of the manufacturing process to ensure the continuous improvement and enhancement of OEE. Working across all levels of the business unit, you will identify, develop and project management opportunities to enhance the capabilities and capacity. Whilst ensuring OEE, waste and quality are maintained. Working in state of the art manufacturing environment, with automated technology not seen anywhere else in the world this is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the business.
This is a multidisciplinary role and involves supporting and developing UK operations by executing best practice, lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements. This role will proactively increase efficiencies and introduce cost-effective solutions to improve process capabilities and drive our business forward. Working with closely with production teams, engineering, quality, to meet and exceed business objectives.
Core Skills -
- Develop and continuously improve manufacturing platforms and processes to meet and exceed manufacturing targets.
- Identifies process problems, root causes, evaluates data from a variety of sources, formulates alternative solutions, selects, and implements the best solution.
- Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams engaged in manufacturing activities
- Responsible for vendor relations and project control for their activities.
- Justify, raise and control spend on Capital expenditure projects
- Act as an engineering partner with manufacturing and quality leadership.
Ideally qualified to relevant bachelor’s degree/HNC/HND/member of a Professional Institute or equivalent. Developed engineering skills over a number of years to reach this required level of expertise.

Salary: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
