STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to work with their prestigious client based in the Ayrshire area. The position involves working across production, supporting with the development of the manufacturing plant layout utilising your Engineering knowledge to fine tune processes and drive efficiencies.
A key part of this job is your ability to analyse the current manufacturing processes and fine tune in order that manufacturing runs as efficiently as possible. You will analyse nonconformities, product failure and analyse statistics in order to drive process improvement throughout the business.
You will carry out a review of existing products and processes using tools like FMEA and statistical analysis to drive improvements.
This position would suit a Process Engineer who has a track history of Process Improvements within a manufacturing environment.
