• Mentoring, training, and supporting plant mechanics and plant leadership by sharing your knowledge on how to rapidly debug and diagnose problems with can-making equipment to avoid negative impacts on product quality and throughput
• Leading major equipment overhauls and audits
• Developing, and debugging new products, production equipment, and manufacturing lines
• Assisting plants and OEM suppliers/vendors in the identification and debugging of mechanical production problems to improve line efficiencies, increase product quality, increase production capacity, and eliminate repetitive work-related injuries

We need you to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering; will consider the experience in place of a degree
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the year, overnight stays often required
