Pall nurtures your career and due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer who will Design new systems, equipment, and processes for the introduction of new products or the improvement of existing ones.
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will have the following responsibilities
- Maintain existing manufacturing systems to a high level.
- Assist operations to achieve and maintain KPI's
- Work with other departments, such as maintenance & quality to ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
- Examine, tender for, and install new equipment, making sure you get the highest quality at the best price.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers.
- Plan and organise the maintenance of equipment.
- Identify faults and investigate production problems.
- Improve current operations wherever possible.
- Liaise with PMO staff to ensure a smooth transition from NPI/NPD into Production
- Keep up to date with current and developing trends in the manufacturing industry, at a national and international level
The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent. You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems quickly. Additionally, you will have the following attributes. With ideally an experience of working in a process driven environment for example Aerospace.
