Job description
Looking for Hand-on experience supporting manufacturing assembly lines, requires electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting capabilities.
Special Notes:
- PPE Requirements: Metatarsal Foot Protection (employee to provide)
- PPE requires Metatarsal Foot Protection, as well as long pants (jeans or work pants). All additional PPE will be provided on-site.
- Physical Requirements: Employee will be required to travel between office area and manufacturing floor multiple times per day. This is a hybrid role of computer/office work combined with direct shop floor interaction.
- Recent college graduates will be considered for this position IF they have an internship that supports this type of position.
- The manager will not accept candidates who have short job tenures on their resumes – it’s a red flag to them. Candidates with less than 1 year tenure/position won’t be shortlisted at the manager’s request.
MUST HAVE skills:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Hands on factory experience inspecting parts, reading prints, and troubleshooting quality related issues
Nice to have skills:
- CREO
- AutoCAD
- SAP experience preferred
- Fixture design
- PLC experience

B.S. Engineering – Industrial, Ag, Mechanical, Manufacturing
