We are currently recruiting for a Broker Account Manager to join our established Key Account Management Team here at RSA. Although this role is remote it will be covering the south region.

Your Role

Your role will be working within our Key Account Team looking to grow our underwriting portfolio through building and maintaining partnerships with our existing broker panel.

You will maintain relationships with a portfolio of broker accounts to effectively secure renewals and drive profitable revenue growth. You will predominantly do this by telephone, MS Teams and with some broker visits involved.

You will agree and maintain a yearly account plan with a panel of key broker accounts to achieve sales strategy and targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have some commercial insurance experience from either an underwriting or broking background. You will need to be a confident individual able to build relationships with brokers on both a telephone and face to face basis. Whilst this role is predominantly a telephone based position, there is the potential for this to grow into a Broker Account Manager role working closely with some Major / Strategic brokers.
