We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our inspiring multinational business and right now we are seeking to recruit an organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety standards. Our newly refurbished state of the art Manufacturing shopfloor is arranged precisely to react quickly to changing client requirements while still delivering an exceptional quality product. Each line shares the same process flow, equipment and programming software giving us ultimate flexibility when scheduling product assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, production, and packaging of products according to established guidelines and specifications.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for production runs, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
