Job description
Precision 2000 Ltd are currently recruiting for a Manual Turner with Screw Cutting experience to support our CNC Turning section, due to continued growth and recent increase in order intake. This is a permanent position, 37 hours per plus regular overtime, 12:30 finish Friday. Hourly rate is negotiable, depending on experience. Responsibilities & duties: set up & operate manual turning machine, manual screw cutting read from detailed engineering drawings to customer specifications.
- Experienced Engineer/Machinist with a proven track record in the relevant industry equipment with experience.
- Experienced in Manual Turning.
- Experienced in Manual Screw Cutting.
- The ability to read and work to engineering drawings.
- Identifying and selecting correct tooling for the jobs.
- Timely production of parts to pre-determined deadlines.
- Flexible approach to tasks.
- Be able to work Independently & as part of a Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
