What You Can Expect...
As a Management Partner, you will work closely with one of our experienced Operations Managers to identify your pub's character and create a distinctive identity. We provide comprehensive day-to-day support and a robust framework for you to grow your business. You will receive an uncapped cut of top-line turnover to pay yourself and your team, and you can define your wage structure. You have the potential to get out of the business what you put in.
What We Offer...
Our package includes your living accommodation, including associated bills and maintenance. We also offer an agreed percentage of sales to pay you and your team, along with a competitive bonus scheme. We provide all food, drink, menus, EPOS, apps, and marketing materials, and our team will be available to assist you. You will also have a specialist operations manager to guide you at every step.

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals with excellent team leadership, a passion for operating in the community, strong organisational skills, and the ability to drive sales. You should have a vision to make the most of your pub and create an unforgettable guest experience.

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
