We are looking for an individual with a positive outlook with a flexible and adaptive approach to their work and exceptional customer service skills with an interest in the strength and fitness industry.
You would be joining a fast moving business with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development as well as traveling and experiencing some of the biggest strongman events and fitness expos in the world. Within your role, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will be based in our HQ office in Inverness but will be dealing with both UK and World Wide customers via email, chat, social media or phone.

Contribute to thriving retail business with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of customers who need assistance. You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within limits or as discussed with line manager; Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products, and follow up to ensure full resolution
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
- Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
- Liaise with delivery companies to investigate customer tracking, missing or slow shipments, arrange collections, deliveries and item repairs/returns.
- Help customers register online and process their orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Check product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer.
- Handle all incoming calls, screen and direct appropriately.
- Manage and respond to social media message/enquires.
- Assisting in calendar management.
- General office duties, assisting to maintain a clean and tidy office.
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries.
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labelling of all stock items.
- Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures.
