Remote (US) | Sales - Reseller
A bit about you
We're seeking an Associate Partner Manager with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Ad Tech / Digital advertising to join our reseller partnerships group. The Associate Partner Manager is primarily responsible for assisting existing Partner Managers, Senior Partner Managers and Directors in their revenue generation and technical support of external reseller sales teams. Associate Partner Managers are integral to the team's success by contributing to quantifying campaign performance, sharing information and implementing best practices. The Associate Partner Manager is an entry level sales position.
You will:
- Prioritize and complete request for proposals (RFPs) within designated pod
- Utilize campaign data analytics and insights to assist the Partner Manager with creating post-sale recommendations and optimization opportunities
- Develop a sophisticated understanding of GroundTruth product and capabilities, translate your knowledge into media plans that help clients meet their objectives and solve business problems
- Communicate effectively, via phone or email, to external customers, salespeople and support personnel leveraging GT tech in a sales capacity
- Design sales materials, one-sheets, brand insight reports and user-guides to educate partners on product use cases and campaign best practices
You are:
- A proactive, consultative seller personality who understands the business needs of our partners
- Navigate strong personalities externally to uncover underlying issues
- People oriented – high level of customer service, with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Comfortable delivering presentations on products, industry and technology to senior executives, sales managers and sales teams across large sales organizations
- Able to deal with fast-paced activity and stay organized
- Able to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (in relation primarily to customer management).
- Able to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
- Able to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations; you are self-motivated, and goal orientated
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or other related Business field preferred OR 4 years of experience from digital sales or traditional media company, preferably mobile/location
- 1-2 years of experience from digital sales or traditional media company, preferably mobile/location
- A go-getter mentality, with a drive to identify and grow partner business
- Strong organizational and planning skills, an attention to detail, and an appreciation of deadlines and goals
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media organizations a plus
- Remote-first philosophy, subject to each manager's discretion depending on the needs of the role
