An opportunity has arisen for Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design team in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Working as part of the Design Group and reporting primarily into the Creative and Marketing Teams, the successful individual will have the relevant graphic design experience to support digital and physical requirements in addition to supporting the visual identity of the company. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to generate ideas and have creative flair to ensure the business is well presented across all areas.
Job role:
- Concepting and finalising innovative and impactful visual designs, including marketing materials, brand assets digital content, presentations and where required, product design support.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet client needs.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporating new ideas and approaches into the company’s design process.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints digitally and across physical assets from stand designs to buildings.
You’ll have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Have a creative mindset with an enthusiasm to create engaging 2D/3D visuals.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print, digital, and branding projects.
- Understanding of printing requirements for documents, posters and wall art.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, as well as other design tools and software.
- Videography skills in recording and editing in the Adobe Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to operate within a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work to the highest standards.
