Managing Director (Interim)
Hydrosure Global Ltd is seeking an exceptional person to lead the company.
As a rapidly expanding online water irrigation business, we are disrupting our market to achieve our goal of becoming the market-leading irrigation brand. As Interim Managing Director, you will drive the company's strategic direction and oversee all commercial decisions reporting directly to the Executive Chairman. This is an amazing opportunity to flex your entrepreneurial skills to join a dynamic organisation and play an instrumental part in delivering its ambitious business growth plans.
Key responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day management of the company
· Driving strategic company growth in the UK and exploring growth opportunities in international markets.
· Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure effective marketing strategies are being used and to further strengthen the HydroSure brand
· Executing and monitoring the performance of comprehensive business plans, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
· Ownership of the company's financial stability and performance
· Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
· As buying and sourcing are at the heart of what we do, this role will work closely with the buying team to drive new product innovation and develop relationships with key supply partners.
Key Skills and Experience:
· You will have will have held a senior management or directorship position previously
· You have a proven track record of leadership experience and be able to identify risks and opportunities for the organisation independently.
· Strong finance and business acumen
· Proficient in implementing strategic business plans
· Proven track record of managing teams to reach their potential
· An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational skills
