Job Description
  • Leads PCA and merger and acquisition advisory activities.
  • Originates and leads the firm's merger and acquisition advisory activities.
  • Actively leads during every phase of transaction execution and are responsible for developing and implementing the strategic elements of each transaction's execution.
  • Manages multiple assignments concurrently and oversee multiple teams of junior investment bankers.
  • Demonstrates success in new business development prior to reaching this level.

Team Management – Knowledge of effective team building techniques and ability to form and manage effective teams.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree as well as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
