Unit: Market Making Operations
Mission: Grow traders with high liquidity for all coins while preventing risks
Mission description
Story: Traders need liquidity for listed projects (with low slippage & narrow spreads) to be able to invest on early stages.
Key PROBLEM's: Support liquidity and relevant KPIs set for slippage, spread, COS and PnL, follow the reporting processes and contribute to enhancements, arrange new campaigns to attract new traders and grow to product role.
How: Develop market-making & hedging algorithms, keep accounts balanced, track trading KPIs & incidents through automated dashboards, publish daily market analytics.
Constraints: "100% of client order execution when the price is in the market, 1-10 bps spreads across 100+ markets, exposure at zero."

Functions:
- Liquidity : Achieve 100% of client order execution when the price is in the market and 1-30 bps spreads across hedging markets.
- Risk : Maintain PnL within limits and Exposure at zero keeping enough balance on all accounts.
- Bots management : Adjust bot's settings, set up new bots to provide liquidity 24/7 for more than 500 pairs.
- Reporting : Report on trading KPIs and incidents with 100% accuracy.
- Project Management : Write Who/What/Why clear tasks and stories. Complete 1 Critical Hit Task and 2 Projects.
- Agile : Be effective in scrum meetings, tasks prioritization, demo, sprints setup, stand-ups, other business activities to achieve 120% of Unit goals.
- Rankings : Adjust bot's settings to grow in CMC & CG rankings
Requirement skills and experience:
- 1+ years in market making / FX/ crypto dealing.
- Daily market analytics experience.
- Python & SQL for analytics.
- English - B1.
