Coach and lead the Solutions Engineering team, and review their projects and solutions for completion and accuracy
- Educate current and potential clients on the benefits of Cirium data and solutions as they relate to the commercial aviation market.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Product Managers and Marketing to create and maintain sales collateral (e.g., presentations, proposals, sell sheets, training, RFP and other tender documents, etc.) that resonate with our customer and prospects.
- Assist sales calls remotely or in-person to help qualify opportunities and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Train and support the coaching of the sales team ongoing in understanding Cirium’s solutions and in delivering excellent product demonstrations.
- Summarise customer’s technical perspective to assist Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology to understand the voice of the customer, the users’ perspectives, and the problems they seek to solve.
- Minimum 3 years leading a previous technical presales organization
- Work effectively across multiple leaders and departments
- Familiarity with airline operational, network planning and/or fleet management use-cases and workflows
- Ability to convey complex matters in simple business-friendly terms.
- Material desire and ability to assist customers and in solving their problems through use of Cirium tools and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing contexts—must be highly comfortable working with people across several organizations.

Experience in pre-sales or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams,
understanding the full sales life cycle and processes is a plus. - Must be an independent, highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative.
- MS Office expertise, including strong PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
The Manager, Sales Engineer will typically be compensated with a base salary plus an annual bonus.
