Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Location: Waters Edge Clarendon Dock | Belfast |BT1 3BH

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Job Purpose


The role of Mobile Implementation Manager is really important to us. You will operate within our newly created Mobile Service Delivery Team. This role is integral to the overseeing and management of delivering a best-in-class customer implementation process, across our Enterprise clients within Mobile Operations.


Your responsibilities day to day will be…


  • Taking a hands-on approach to the processing of Group Enterprise Mobile Orders
  • Work closely the sales team to identify implementation requirements in order to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Continual improvement – working with key stakeholders to identify process or procedures, providing evidence of changes that enhance a best-in-class Service Delivery operation.
  • Work with Senior Management to discuss Team KPI performance, in line with Company connection targets and business growth strategy
  • Identify training needs, via ensuring yourself and the team are up to date on Company product portfolio and tariffs.
  • Management of CRM (Salesforce) opportunities for order requests ensuring guidelines are adhered to in line with company requirements. I.E Paperwork, Credit Vetting
  • Build and sustain a first-class relationship with all customers within the implementation journey of Mobile Orders.
  • Manage customer expectations always – quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.

  • Advantageous to have experience in the Mobile Phone industry.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office- Teams, Word, Excel etc.
