You will be reporting to the Director, Account Management, looking after a global account, and will also work with stakeholders across this customer’s organisation.
We are looking for a hard-working team player with the drive and experience to manage the operational and technical elements presented by this dynamic customer.
The Role
- Responsible for day-to-day operational and account management support
- Manage regular operational calls with the customer, maintaining customer specific operations logs for review with the customer, tracking and improving response times
- Responsible for the interaction with Customer Delivery on behalf of team
- Responsible for understanding customer development requests across the team and raising associated project requests for any development work.
- Responsible for ensuring time frames are managed and that the customer and account leads are fully updated on project progress.
- Reviewing monthly bulletin releases and highlighting changes that will impact our customers in a report shared with the account team.
- You will provide the interface to key cross-functional partners such as AML, Franchise and Risk. Working with these partners to identify end-to-end process improvements to improve service the customer receives.

- Previous operational experience a benefit but not essential
- Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities
- Comfortable building and managing both internal and external relationships
- An understanding of the payments eco system and the challenges financial institutions face
- Credible operator who can manage both internal and external customer facing discussions
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder projects
- Experience working within a matrix organization
- Team player but able to work on own initiative
- Capable of managing the pressure of a high volume, operational environment
