POSITION
As Manager in Training (MIT), you will be an ambassador of the brand. Following the MIT program, you will evolve across our stores within the regional network, embracing new responsibilities and opportunities. You will build client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goal and deliver the highest level of Client experience. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards clients and team. Missions will evolve according to the rotations of the programme, with a focus on Travel Retail. Depending on the phase of the program, additional responsibilities could include projects concerning stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales, clienteling, merchandising or retail performance. This opportunity will provide an accelerated learning path with involvement in key projects, where you will also be exposed to hands on retail management experience in Travel Retail.

Team Management and Development• Manage and motivate the team to drive business• Create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers• Identify, recruit and develop talents in collaboration with the Store Manager• Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance and expectations Floor Management• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results and performance• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client Experience, advising Clients across the Brand and all product categories• Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership, fostering cross-selling and Client repurchase• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support Developing a strong Client-centric mindset• Lead by example, engaging with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools• Assist Management in daily clienteling operations• Guide and support the team in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long-term relationship with Clients
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Skills & Experience Required • Passionate about luxury, with proven experience striving to provide an exceptional level of client experience • Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Services or Airlines • Proven managerial capabilities and potential • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal) • Analytical and commercially minded with a solutions focused approach • Capacity to work well autonomously and able to drive and motivate teams • Degree in a related discipline i.e Luxury Retail Management, Business Management • Open to local and international relocation (mobile)
