Permanent – 37.5 Hours per week


We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Buyer to join our team within Lovell’s London regional office at Farringdon, with occasional home working.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the procurement team with day to day planned order placement, checking quantities and analysing quotations, whilst liaising with project teams and suppliers to track deliveries of ad-hoc purchases of material and plant requirements. In addition to undertaking administrative duties, order updates and tracking flow of invoices with the procurement team, you’ll assist with compliance of the audit process, supplier scoring, order process and invoice resolution.

To be successful in this role, candidates will have good communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft applications, be organised, willing to learn and want to progress within the business.Applicants must be a team player, personable, confident and flexible.

Previous experience of working within the new build housing sector and knowledge of construction industry materials is essential.
