Healthcare Regulatory Manager
Secondment / Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months
As Healthcare Regulatory Manager you will report into the Head of Safety & Regulatory and join a team of experienced and best in class Regulators. As part of your role, you will facilitate a programme of technical transfers of Boots Owned Branded licensed medicines.

As Healthcare Regulatory Manager you will report into the Head of Safety & Regulatory and join a team of experienced and best in class Regulators. As part of your role, you will facilitate a programme of technical transfers of Boots Owned Branded licensed medicines.
About the role
- You will use regulatory expertise, intelligence and technical information to manage and deliver successful manufacturing processes transfer for range of Boots own licensed medicines.
- You will work closely with a cross functional team and contract manufacturers in the UK and Europe to successfully deliver the project, whilst staying at the forefront of changing Regulation and steering the Boots regulatory strategy in compliance in line with business direction.
- You will manage regulatory intelligence and provide expert advice to the business on applicable regulations. You will be the project’s key point of contact for Authorities on licensed medicine matters.
- Your communication skills will allow you to communicate complex technical information to wide stakeholder groups, in an effective and engaging way.

What you'll need to have
- Demonstrated licensed medicine Regulatory track record with UK and EU experience
- Previous experience of licensed medicine technology transfer work would be advantageous
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Excellent project management skills and be able to work collaboratively with a cross functional teams
- Great communication skills; coupled with the ability to influence and develop positive stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive self-starter with a resolution driven attitude.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt priorities to the business requirements effectively.
