Position:
BCHA is looking for a Repairs and Compliance Manager to lead the in-house team delivering responsive and planned works for our customers, and to also lead on our compliance activities, across the South-West of England.
An ambitious transformation programme for our Asset and Repairs service is about to start, to include developing a quality framework, reviewing our operating model and ensuring our position as a landlord of choice.
The Repairs and Maintenance Manager will manage our Repairs and Compliance colleagues and will be key to shaping future service delivery. The recruitment comes at an exciting time for both the service and for BCHA as a whole.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with individuals from all levels of the organisation and external partners, and to manage effective liaison with a variety of different customers, contractors and stakeholders.

Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
