92 Degrees is looking for a Multi-Site Store Manager for our three Manchester locations. This position will be integral in the support of our Manchester-based team and the expansion of the company as we continue on a rapid growth trajectory.

Who are we?
We first opened our doors as Liverpool’s original roastery coffee shop in 2015. We are passionate about the story of our coffee; from the cherry growing on the farm to the latte art on the flat white being handed to our customers. We learn all about our growers - choosing established community farming projects and cooperatives to ensure our coffee purchasing power is doing good at the origin. Driven by our love for people, community and coffee - in that order; we operate coffee shops throughout the United Kingdom. With 12 locations thus far and many more on the horizon we strive to produce the best coffee while building connected communities.

We are looking to build a team with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fast-paced growth. You will help support the daily operations of the company as well as guide the company towards long-term success with a key focus in driving customer reviews and KPI’s.

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Uphold Company Core Values
- Lead the team on best practices and showcase excellent customer service
- Ensure BOH systems are updated and ready for the day
- Supporting with a mixture of reactive and proactive support for the front-of-house team
- Create and release store rota (with up to 4-weeks in advance published to the team)
- Keep abreast of changes and updates within the instore environment
- Assisting in the implementation of new systems
- Confidently prepare and communicate reports on your performance
- Understand trends within your data, using them to develop a holistic understanding of the business
- Aid in the training and development of new and existing team members

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
