Glasgow Office Based with Hybrid working
£23,000 - £25,000
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (35 hours)

Your Mission:
The mission for this role is to ensure all admin tasks are completed to the very highest standard.
You will help to ensure all tasks within the administration process run smoothly ensuring Eco2solar comply with contractual terms.
You will be a team player assisting the wider business to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensuring the DNO process is adhered to on a daily basis
+ Completing any outstanding tasks relevant, within a timely manner.
+ Assisting with post commissioning activities, such as raising MCS certificates and responding to email enquiries.
+ Looking for opportunities to improve and innovate the administration process, reporting any ideas to your manager.
+ Working to set KPI’s reporting to your manager on a weekly basis
+ Assisting the Manager with ensuring all compliance documents and tasks are up to date
+ Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks involved around the company accreditations as needed
About you:
+ Excellent organisation skills to ensure the admin team is functioning to a high standard.
+ Excellent attention to detail ensuring all admin tasks are completed correctly
+ Excellent ability to multitask whilst keeping calm and focused
+ Treating customers, colleagues and everyone we deal with fairly.
+ Providing excellent service and support to our customers.
+ Experience in high volume emails which require action
+ A keen eye for detail
+ Experience with Microsoft Programmes (ERP Systems and NetSuite is a bonus!)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
