Introduction


Wipro is looking for a Management Consultant - Insurance to support the Domain Consulting Partner in the delivery of consulting engagements for an Insurance client. You will be responsible for delivering consulting from SoW to final report and must possess outstanding stakeholder management skills.

Your responsibilities

As a Management Consultant - Insurance, you will be responsible for
  • Working with business stakeholders to identify process and technology issues
  • Working with the wider Wipro team at client site to identify and develop opportunities for new business through to the point of sale
  • Shaping a roadmap for business change and defining what will need to be done to deploy the roadmap
  • Gather business requirements
  • Document requirements in industry best practice formats
  • Actively investigate operational processes, issues, risks and suggest IT and operational process improvement solutions
  • Business Process Modelling
  • Conduct gap analysis and report
  • Use Case Modelling
  • Build training material
  • Create and implement business cases
  • Nurturing and mentoring junior business analysts
  • Co-ordinate with Project / Program Managers for delivery excellence and talent descisions
Mandatory skills

You will have solid expereince of
  • Consulting in Insurance Domain
  • IT business analysis
  • General Insurance, across all business functions including direct experience of working for or with insurance clients
  • Excellent Process Modelling and Documentation Skills (BRD, SRS, Use Cases)
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels of the business to support engagements and help establish and develop relationships
