The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Consultant to join our friendly Innovation Team at Mtech Access. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate would have a high work ethic, be team-oriented and hands-on in a varied role. This is a permanent position based out of our London office.
Working alongside the Chief Innovation Officer, this role will involve a wide variety; including but not limited to:
- Developing and running high value innovation initiatives and projects
- Developing new products and services
- Expanding innovation resources and capabilities to deliver sustainable competitive advantage
- Creating a pipeline of investment and revenue to be able to expand innovation opportunities
- Being part of the development of innovation as a platform service for Mtech Access colleagues and clients
Requirements
Essential
- A postgraduate qualification that demonstrates continual learning
- The ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking
- Evidence of value-based impact in a leadership role
- Confidence to work at board level
- To understand the difference between a senior consultant role and a project management role
- Can-do team-based attitude
- Leadership and team management track record
- Creative with an outcomes focus
- Ability to motivate and energise subject matter experts and specialists in a regulated environment
Desirable
- Business qualification such as an MBA
- Postgraduate qualification that shows curiosity such as a PhD
