Job description - Management Consultant Graduate Scheme
In this Management Consultant Graduate Scheme, you will be joining at the entry-level for a graduate looking to go far, you'll be in a graduate scheme that will develop a host of skills and see you grow in your career hugely from the get-go.
You'll receive incredible training across different key areas from sales, product, commercial and process.
You will build up your own client base through market research and outreach, so you'll have to be motivated and driven to succeed in financial services.
As you progress this will warm into more strategic partnerships, referrals, and account management as you manage and develop the FX risk strategies for a number of top clients.
This is a sales-focused management consulting role, so you must be confident cold-calling to build up your own client base. You will need to be resilient and have strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities - Management Consultant Graduate Scheme
In this Management Consultant job in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of potential clients
  • Analysis of data to filter targeted opportunities
  • You will be engaging as you consult with C-level executives of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of sectors
  • Cold calling will initially be your primary and preferred method of engaging with opportunities. As you progress and develop other opportunities (such as partnerships, and referrals) to source new clients will be used
  • You will be utilising our sales process to support in developing your understanding of the businesses, their pains, and their opportunities
  • You will leverage technology solutions to support in adding value to our clients which will support adding long-term value
  • You will work closely with analysts/strategists, the marketing team, and the business services team to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself
  • You will develop long-term relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
  • Supporting the Account Management Team in upgrading their portfolio of clients and enhancing the value of our service
Job requirements - Management Consultant Graduate Scheme
  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree from university
  • Competitive edge and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Interest in and knowledge of investment and financial markets
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to influence others whilst taking them on the journey
