About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Skills Performance Manager to drive exceptional performance and ensure the successful delivery of AEB (devolved and non-devolved), ACL, Multiply, and other skills contracts. This role requires close collaboration with Business Development, Enrolment, Delivery, and Data and Claims teams to foster alignment and facilitate the achievement of contract goals.

The key responsibilities include end-to-end contract management, recruitment target achievement, delivery oversight, planning and reporting, contract reviews, and stakeholder engagement. The Skills Performance Manager will also contribute to financial performance management, quality improvement planning, and program evaluation. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, effective communication with commissioners, and the ability to identify and implement best practices. The successful candidate will stay updated on policy and research, while actively driving continuous improvement through data analysis and audit.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional Performance Manager who possesses a wealth of experience in organisational performance management frameworks, systems, processes, and tools, including the assurance of performance data. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to utilise and interpret data and evidence to provide clear and meaningful recommendations and driving service transformation.

Effective communication skills in various formats, catering to a diverse range of stakeholders and audiences, are highly desirable. Moreover, we are looking for individuals who embody our organisational values and share our vision. Education expertise, preferably with a degree in a relevant field, is advantageous. Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, leadership, knowledge of educational standards and regulations, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential qualities you should possess.
