Responsibilities:What does an Account Management Associate (AMA) do?
- Coordinate- Between Higher Education clients and internal account management teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Collaborate- With senior leadership, managers, and peers to improve customer service
- Support- Account managers in the identification and realization of up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
- Grow- Business acumen and develop skills to propel your professional development and future
- Learn- From experienced account managers at one of DC’s fastest-growing market research firms
Who is an Account Management Associate?
- You are Eager to learn how Hanover Research’s solutions impact our clients
- You are an Effective Communicator and comfortable with calling and emailing clients regularly
- You are Self-Motivated and can efficiently organize
- You thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- You are a Tenacious Self-Starter with a knack for problem-solving, who is looking to fast-track their career and move into more senior positions after 12-18 months in seat
- You have 0 - 2 Years of Full-time or Part-time Customer Service Experience; previous leadership, professional, and or internship experience

Educational Requirements

Compensation
Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The On Target Earning (OTE) range for this role is $65,500 per year, which is comprised of a base salary of $47,500 and a variable uncapped commission structure of $18,000 when goal is 100% obtained for this role. Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined by the role and the market.
