Position Summary:
The Finance BP (and Management Account) team supports the team's full process of Budget Management, including but not limited to forecasting, review & approval, implement, tracking & monitoring, settlement, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control and other finance related issues to assist the team on both strategy decision making and daily operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports by skillfully organizing and analyzing business and accounting data. Clearly articulate budget-to-actual variances to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
2. Financial Projection and Budgeting: Collaborate with the Finance BP to gather and generate accurate financial projections and budgets. Ensure the reasonableness and precision of forecasting models.
3. In-depth Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and deep-dive analyses to enhance business understanding. Provide valuable insights to the business team based on external factors and trends.
4. Risk Management: Skillfully review and approve various finance-related processes such as contracts, procurement, and settlements. Identify potential risks and contribute to their effective control.
5. Financial Systems Management: Maintain and update crucial financial master data, including budget accounts and cost centers. Partner with the system team to ensure timely updates and enhancements to the budget system.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Demonstrate experience in FP&A or related analytical roles. Previous exposure to high-growth tech start-ups or E-commerce is advantageous.
2. Analytical Proficiency: Exhibit strong Excel skills. Proficiency in tools such as Hyperion, SQL, Python, or similar is a plus.
3. Adaptability: Possess a strong desire to learn and a rapid learning ability. Capable of maintaining attention to detail and producing quality work even under pressure and amidst change.
4. Collaborative Spirit: Showcase excellent interpersonal skills and a keen ability to collaborate with diverse teams and functions.
