As our new Management Accountant you will receive:
- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000.

- Monday – Friday working hours in our new beautiful oxford street office, with flexible working from home policy.
- Weekly reporting to both the management team and board on revenue, labour, and GP.
- Managing and owning weekly trader service fee calculations.
- Becoming the main point of contact for finance queries for our three sites.
- Creating a full review of each sites’ P&Ls each month and presenting to site managers, senior leadership team and investors. This would also include explanations for variances to key metrics.
- Facilitating accurate financial records for asset accounting, maintenance, and management purposes.
- Owning the reconciliations for gross profit and labour, and GP.
- Balance sheet reconciliations including customer deposits and credit card funds.
- Being the main point of contact for any Kobas (EPOS) enquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Working closely with the operational team to provide financial analysis where needed.
- Ad hoc analysis and deep dives when the need arises.
As our new Management Accountant, you will be:
- Well experienced in a similar role within the hospitality industry. We are looking for experience over qualifications.
- Experienced in reconciling accounts with large amounts of data.
- Used to reporting to deadlines.
- Expected to have a very good attention to detail.
- Ideally familiar with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics, but this is not a necessity.
