Excellent Management Accountant opportunity for an AAT Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA to join a rapidly expanding Leading Engineering business, based North of Liverpool city centre. Joining the company in a new position, your remit will include:

• Supporting Monthly Management accounts schedule (P&L, Balance Sheet, Debtors, Cash flow etc)
• Variance Analysis and commentary
• Weekly Sales & margin analysis
• Bank transfers and payments
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Journals
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with year-end audit requirements
• Project monitoring reporting
• Cost/budget/ KPI reporting
• Supporting the development of best practice procedures and controls
• Supporting the development of new systems and MI reporting

The FC is ideally looking for an AAT/CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified active studier but is flexible re the level of qualification and will look at non-studiers so long as there is a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar profile role. Excellent people/communication skills are essential as this role involves building strong business partner relationships across a broad profile of colleagues on site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business (revenue has double in size to £250m in 18months) in a role offering the opportunity to develop and take on further responsibility. A salary of £30-38k is complimented with benefits including 25 days holiday, Study Support, 3% Pension, Medicash and Study Support. This role is 100% office based with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
