Howarth Morris are exclusively working with a dynamic manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Chester. Due to rapid growth and a number of promotions within the finance team; this award winning company are looking for an Management Accountant to progress and grow as the finance team continues to do the same!

The successful Management Accountants responsibilities will include:-

• Production of monthly management accounts in accordance with the accounting conventions.
• Supporting in the production of monthly information packs / reports for inclusion in the finance reporting pack.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Profit and loss account analysis.
• Variance & KPI development/ Analysis and presenting back to Senior Management.
• Balance sheet recs at each month end.
• Support in the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
• Management of fixed assets
• Become a Business Partner to several departments within the organisation.

Desirable but not essential: – ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified/Qualified. Manufacturing and or SOX experience is advantageous but not a pre-requisite. Previous experience of working within an accounts environment in a Management Accountant capacity is a must. Attention to detail and dedication to providing high quality, error free work. Drive and energy with a desire to assist in helping the business grow.
