You will be a vital member of the Leadership Team and help us

- Deliver the Company Vision

- Working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll drive company performance by developing and helping to implement Financial Dashboards, through to daily reporting to the team. This will include preparing management accounts and data for review by the Directors and Shareholders on a timely basis

- Accurately project and manage the company cash flow

- Document and implement systems for major processes across the business as required

- Produce the information required to help with continuous development and growth

- Make the correct decisions based on numerical data

You will be responsible for the following within the role.

- Bank reconciliations

- Cash flow management

- Monthly management accounts with variance analysis

- Day to day bookkeeping and Journal preparation

- Budget preparation and upload

- Commission calculations

- VAT returns

- Debtor management

- Accounts queries

- Supplier payments

- Credit Card reconciliation and posting

- Manage the Payroll process

- Purchase ledger

- Ad-hoc assignments as required

The Ideal person will have

An accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA/ AAT or equivalent). Part qualified considered.

Sage 50/Xero Experience.

Advanced excel skills including VBA

Experience working in an SME environment (preferred).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Working hours 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexible) Monday to Friday

Salary: £28k - £33k depending on the applicant's skill set, experience and qualifications
