Make Ready are a dedicated and vital support network which assists our front-line clinicians in providing excellent care to people living in the East of England, 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day covering six counties - Beds, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
This dynamic role has shift pattern covering 12-hour days & nights, covering 365 days.
Your role will involve supervising the day to day operations and performance of a Make Ready centre. Our Make Ready operations are responsible for preparing ambulances for operational duty and to maintain the serviceability of emergency ambulances, equipment and consumables.
The Trust has embarked on a transformation plan to ensure we can meet the challenges of the future by taking delivery of purpose-built ambulances and vehicles, and we have also commissioned the building and upgrading of a large number our Hubs across all six counties that we cover.
