RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FUNCTION:
- Report directly to the MAINTROL Senior Manager
- Manage and action on daily basis all material requests in AMOS
- Places orders for required aircraft materials to Wizz Air UK’s pool supplier or to 3rd party companies
- Assure all required materials are ordered and available on time (as per Wizz Air UK CAME and procedure) and at the correct base location
- Make sure all u/s materials are returned to the pool supplier or any ad-hoc workshop on time, as per the agreement
- Manage the minimum stock levels and alert levels of the Home Base Kit materials and replenish them on time
- Manage and order all Modification Kits based on the AMOS Modification status
- Arrange and follow up the transportation options to/from Wizz Air UK’s maintenance bases
- Coordinate the import/export formalities, if required
- Verify all AMOS entries – Goods Receiving, Component Inspections, label Bookings are done on time
- Follow up any special requirements for workshop reports, based on Safety reports and/or Audit findings
- Liaise with the AMO stores teams to ensure that deliveries arrive in good condition and are stored correctly in accordance with regulations
- Ensure that all shipments are being monitored during transit and that they all arrive on time, and provide updates
- Ensure that all materials supplied to the AMOs have correct certification documentation as required, before materials arrive at a facility.
- Be responsible for updating the AMOS system daily (for shipments, stock, goods receiving etc)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years experience in aviation CAMO or AMO industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation material supply and logistics environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience of AMOS application
