INDIA
The Dynamatic Technologies production facilities in Bangalore employ cutting-edge technologies and modern machinery to manufacture a wide range of sophisticated Hydraulic Valves and custom-tailored Hydraulic Solutions extending from simple Hydraulic Pumping Units to complex Marine Power Packs and Aircraft Ground Support Systems to Turnkey Industrial Installations. Dynamatic Technologies manufactures an extensive range of Hydraulic Gear Pumps in Cast Iron and Aluminium, that find application in Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Mining and Drilling Equipment and in Marine applications.
UK
The Dynamatic Technologies facility in Swindon, UK, has over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of Gear Pumps and supplies products to Agricultural, Construction and On-Highway vehicle manufacturers. Products include Combined Variable and Fixed Displacement Pump Packages, Temperature Controlled Fan Drive Systems and Fixed Displacement Pumps in Aluminium and Cast iron with a range of additional integrated valve option.
Purpose of the role
To maintain machine tools and equipment necessary to ensure production targets are achieved, while ensuring equipment and operations meet and exceed Health and Safety regulations. Working as part of maintenance team and supporting production operations to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of machine tools, equipment, and services.
Specific responsibilities
- Perform both Electrical and Mechanical Machine tool maintenance.
- Perform CNC / Electronic diagnostics.
- Undertake P.A.T
- Maintain Factory Lighting.
- Maintain Emergency Lighting.
- Maintain Security systems (Fire).
- Support Fire Crew operations.
- Support other maintenance personnel with all machine breakdowns and movements in -order to support production requirements.
Experience
- Machine tool Maintenance in factory environment including PLC Controls.
- Construction of Fixed Wire Installations.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Desirable:
- 18th Edition, Wiring Regulations BS7671.
- Electrical Installations City & Guilds 2382-10.
- Portable Appliance Testing City & Guilds 2377.
Personal Specifications:
- Good Communications skills to enable liaison with production supervision and suppliers.
- To be capable of working both in a team and independently.
Qualifications:
- Suitable Electrical Apprenticeship City & Guilds.
- Understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations.
Hours: Initially Days (Mon – Thurs 07:30am to 4.00pm & Friday 07:00 to 12:00 noon). Shift pattern may change to give full cover to production hours.
