Job description
We are a property company based in East London which is growing bigger and bigger everyday. We cover all aspects of real estate, from management, planning, rennovations, and refurbishments.
We are looking for someone who is handy in all aspects of general maintenance, has an open mind, and ready to meet new challenges everyday. We appreciate people who are able to self manage their own work load and complete tasks within specific time frames.
Daily duties can range from fixing a small leak in a bathroom, to changing locks, fixing tiles, checking radiators for leaks, replastering walls solving small fixes that naturally occur within houses.
To be able to do this role effectively, you must be able to have a basic knowledge of gas, electric, and plumbing, as well as having the skill set of a gentle builder.
The role within our company will also come with a gurantee of fair treatment and room for growth, in both salary and hours, as well as possibilites to work on new and exciting projects all over East and Central London.
Please note that applicants who apply for this job need to be flexible, technologically literate, and have a good command of the English language, fluency is not required, but a minimum of conversation English is a must.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £880.00-£2,000.00 per month
