Working for a growing local business based in South Lakes, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Maintenance Technician for the South Lakes, North Lancs area. We don't insist on any technical qualifications but a proven experiences in property maintenance area would be beneficial, however previous experience in a similar setting is important. You will need, hands-on experience in property maintenance and general repair. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual, today who can both work independently and as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in all aspects of property maintenance and able to work to ensure customer satisfaction. A full driving licence is essential, along with flexible all round approach, this position will include paid / weekend works when when required.
Training can possibly be provided in other aspects of the business for installing heating and cooling equipment.
Wage will be reflected with experience and ability.
