Key Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs/ You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks
- Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Inspecting machinery, equipment, buildings and systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Completing small repairs such as fixing locks, leaky taps and broken windows
- Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors
- Performing grounds maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes and replacing exterior light bulbs
- Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by Management
We are looking for a maintenance individual that can work with us on an adhoc basis and help resolve any one off issues, on-going issues or even projects.
This individual would be self employed and be able to work with our schedule.
We have 3-4 sites that require attention when required and all close proximity from one another.
